To put some work to tender, upload the documents you wish to send to bidders, select the bidders you want to bid, and set up a pricing structure for them to bid to. Tender.ly takes care of distributing invitations to bid, generating logins for bidders, and controlling access to the documents.

Bidders can upload their own documents, which are made available to you once bidding closes, along with their prices.

Keep track of your tenders

Each package in Tender.ly has milestones which can be assigned to you, so you'll know what you have to do, and when. The Dashboard displays all the information you need at a glance.

Ensure bidders get your documents

Thing can go wrong - documents sent to a wrong email address, or a subcontractor can be on holidays. Tender.ly's download matrix shows which bidders have downloaded documents, in real time. If a bidder hasn't accessed their documents, you'll be able to take action right away.

A central database of subcontractors

Instead of that collection of business cards in your drawer, Tender.ly keeps a central database with the contact details of the sub­contractors and suppliers that you and your colleagues use. Adding one to the bidders list for a package just takes a simple drag-and-drop.
