Tender.ly handles the details

Once the package is ready to be sent to subcontractors, simply nominate a closing date for bids. Tender.ly will automatically create accounts for subcontractors to access the package, and send out invitations to bid.

An intuitive interface for bidders

Once they've received their invitations to bid, your bidders can log-in, and retrieve the package's documents and drawings. Tender.ly lets them enter their prices, and upload their own documents and drawings to be submitted with their bid. Once they're happy, they lodge their bid. Tender.ly automatically enforces bid closing dates.

Simple Communication

When you send a package to subcontractors, you nominate a user as the contact person for a package. Their details are displayed to subcontractors, and all subcontractors details are available to you. This makes communicating addenda, responses to questions and other communication simple.

You can add, delete and change package documents even after the package has been sent to bidders - Tender.ly automatically notifies everyone of changes.
